Consulting Life – Wading In

Ever feel like you’re waist-deep in it?

You’re smart. You’ve built something solid. You’re trusted. And yet… you feel stuck.

Not drowning, exactly - just standing in the middle of something murky, unsure how to move.

Too far in to back out. Too uncertain to push forward.

And every day, it gets harder to remember why you’re there in the first place.

I get it.

That was me.

Every day, wading through the soup of corporate life.

Dodging the politics. Managing the stakeholders. Showing up, even when it chipped away at the version of me I actually liked.

Now?

Well, now I run my own business. I coach. I consult.

I pull on my metaphorical wellies, and I wade in - on purpose.

Because I choose it. I know why I’m here. And I’ve built something that matters to me.

I’m still learning, every day:

🧭 Who am I talking to?

💡 What am I offering them?

🎯 What do they need from me, really?

And more than anything, I’m working with leaders who feel the same way I used to:

Stuck in patterns. Stuck in roles. Knowing they want more, or different - but unable to find the path forward.

If that’s you - if you’re standing there, knee-deep, scanning the horizon for your next move - you don’t have to do it alone.

👇 Whether you’re reimagining your role, your business, or your sense of self, let’s talk.

Because yes, it’s muddy.

But there’s something better on the other side.
