Our current registered office address is shown in the footer of this website and is also available via Companies House.

We don't publish a direct email address on this site in order to reduce spam, but we respond to all enquiries submitted through the form.

When you book a call with us Our site includes links to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, on our Contact and Breakaway pages. If you click through and book a call, Calendly collects and processes your information directly, under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Calendly's privacy policy before booking.

When you subscribe to our newsletter Our site includes a link to subscribe to "Lessons from the Peloton", our weekly email, hosted via Kit. If you click through and subscribe, Kit collects and processes your information directly, under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Kit's privacy policy before subscribing.

When you purchase a Breakaway session Some of our Breakaway offerings are set up as products you can add to cart and purchase through this site. If you do, Squarespace Commerce processes the order and checkout information involved (such as your name, contact details, and payment information) on our behalf, in accordance with Squarespace's own privacy and security practices. We use this information to fulfil your booking and manage the coaching relationship that follows.

Why we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to enquiries you send us

  • Process and fulfil purchases of coaching sessions or packages

  • Understand how our site is used, so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of our communication, and no longer than we need to. Purchase and booking records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Analytics data is retained according to Squarespace's standard retention settings.
