Who I am

I'm Mark Taggart. After 25 years in senior talent roles across telecommunications, retail, technology, and professional services, I left the corporate world to focus on what matters most: helping leaders and organisations solve the problems that keep them stuck.

I'm an ICF Accredited Coach, a Fellow of the CIPD, and a Hogan Certified practitioner. More importantly, I've sat in the rooms where these decisions get made - I understand the politics, the pressure, and what it really takes to lead.
